1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We provide a full 7-day replacement warranty for all accounts purchased through our store (including .edu, Gmail, and Outlook accounts). If your account is disabled or fails to function due to technical issues within this period, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.
 
2. Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement will be granted if:
 
The account credentials do not work upon delivery.
 
The account is disabled by the service provider without any violation of their terms of service by the user.
 
There is a mismatch between the product described and the product delivered.
 
3. Non-Refundable Items
Since we deal with digital goods, we generally do not offer cash refunds once the account credentials have been delivered and accessed, unless we are unable to provide a working replacement.
 
4. How to Claim Your Warranty
